cook in their commercial kitchen and deliver to
your door. The meal plans, grocery
shopping, meal preparation, packaging and
delivery are all included.

+ cost of groceries

Four individual servings of 4
entrees + four servings of 4 sides = 16meals: $300.00

13 x 9 reusable pan.

gatherings or party needs. We can do
an intimate dinner party or cater a
large rehearsal dinner. We can
deliver the food to you hot or cold
or we can cook it in your home. Just
tell us what you want & leave the
rest up to us.

additional charge applies if chef is
asked to prepare meal on site. All
delivered orders will have an 18%
surcharge added to them. 72 hours is
required for guaranteed delivery.
About JOSHUA CHRISTMAS
- I was born &
raised in the
Seattle area. My
grandmother was from
Mississippi & was on
a huge influence on
my decision to
become a chef. I
spent many a days
sitting on the
kitchen counter
watching everything
she would do. I
moved to Nashville
in 1996 & spent many
years in retail
management before
deciding to go to
culinary school. I
love to come up with
new recipes & try
different
combinations. I've
been working in the
culinary industry
for 5 years. My goal
is to create for you
the best thing you
have ever eaten.
When I'm not
catering I'm
spending time with
my wife & 1 year old
son or volunteering
at The Bridge, which
feeds
between 200 & 600
homeless people
every Tuesday night
under the Jefferson
Street bridge in
Nashville. My life
keeps me very busy,
but cooking is what
keeps me sane.
